The Inspection

The buyer is strongly encouraged to join us during the home inspection. This allows our clients to partake in the inspection, and hear first hand about our findings and recommendations.

This is also the best time to address any questions or concerns the buyer may have with their new home purchase.

Our inspection will identify both positive and problematic aspects and features of the home, maintenance needs, energy savings recommendations, and any major problems, so they can be addressed in the time allotted in your contract agreement.

Written Report

A complete written report will be issued, typically within 48 hours of the inspection.

An on-site comprehensive checklist report can be issued in lieu of a written report for those in need of immediate results.
